In this dissertation, a structure of a aerial radar receiving system is the object of study, and the paper gives the structural design of the receiver. The radar receiver is in a narrow complex environment, and the high power receiver can generate high heat, to manufacture a small light and reliable receiver case is very difficult. The dissertation proves a design of the radar receiving system, and introduces the design of structural strength, heat dissipation and reliability particularly. Combined with numerical analysis, such as finite element method and the finite volume method, using ANSYS simulation software to analyse chassis mechanical and thermal analysis and testing.
