Digitalized Universal Radar Receiver, which can accomplish several kinds of radar or jamming experiment, is the core unit of the experiment device. It is a planning equipment in the construction of the information countermeasure laboratory, and will provide an advanced and novel means for the teaching of graduate and under graduate students who studying in famous information countermeasure major. Design and Implementation of Digitalized Universal Radar Receiver is the important content of this paper. Based on ADSP-21262 and CPLD, the receiver is extensible, programmable and reconstructive in its signal processing programs, and controlled by the MCU, it can call different signal processing function programs and accomplish several kinds of the electronic countermeasure experiment.In this paper, general scheme of the Digitalized Universal Radar Receiver is analyzed and designed according to the requirement of its performance and function. Baseband digitalized techiniqe is adopted in the receiver, that is, the two digitalized signal is generated using orthogonal demodulation followed by A/D converters, and the further radar signal processes functions is implemented with DSP. Also the diagram and principium is set out, ADSP-21262 is chosen as the digital signal processor.The design including component selection and the connection of every circuit unit is presented in the paper; The development of control circuit, that is implemented using a CPLD, is discussed in detail; Both the simulation waveform and the distribution of the address of each interface is presented; The signal process functions and their algorithm are showed; And then the flow chart of a main program and the interface of subprograms are designed; The testing result of finished functions is also presented in this thesis.The SPI booting problem of ADSP-21262, encountered during the designing of this receiver, is investigated in detail. Introduction of SPI loading FLASH-AT25HP512, programming flow chart are given and configuration of leading files about SPI booting of ADSP-21262 is analyzed here.
