Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) is a kind of non-touching automatic identifyingtechnology, known as one of the most promising technology at the21st century. The anti-collisionalgorithm and security authentication protocol are two main aspects in the study of the keytechnology of RFID, but most current research let the two aspects as two independent topics. In fact, from the RFID communication process, we can see that these two kinds of technology both playvital roles in the two stages of RFID communication. Therefore the two kinds of technology will be summarized and researched in our article at thesame time. We will improve a security authentication protocol based on the tree, and adopt ananti-collision algorithm based on octree with no idle slot by using the special structure of thesecurity protocol. It solves the problem of tag collision during tag authentication. At the same time, the keys distributed in the each node of octree can encrypt the message transmitted during tagauthentication, so as to ensure the safety, privacy and reliability of the anti-collision algorithm.Thetwo aspects are combined with each other, forming a security authentication protocol with thefunction of anti-collision.Through simulation and safety performance analysis, the results show thatthe new protocol is not only perfected further in the function but also ensures the efficiency of thealgorithm and the security of protocol.
