RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is an automatic identification technology using radio frequency signals to communicate. Because of its advantages such as non-touching, anti-interference ability and so on, it has been widely applied, and also can develop very fast. The two key technologies of multi-tag anti-collision algorithms and security protocols are the hottest points in RFID research. With the development of RFID technology, readers need to identify a large number of tags fast and efficient in limited time, and then tag collision occurs. For this multi-label collisions problem, this paper focuses on describing two kinds of main label anti-collision algorithm based on TDMA, ALOHA algorithm and binary tree. Also based on existing anti-collision algorithm, this paper describes an improved binary tree tag anti-collision algorithm which combines slotted ALOHA algorithm concept, and designs the details of the algorithm implementation process. After analysis and comparison we found that this algorithm not only can greatly reduce the reader sending search command times, but also can significantly reduce the communication capacity between tag and reader to improve identification speed, In addition, in the identification process these tags are grouped to solve the tag leakage problem in sports environment.Because RFID privacy security issue is the most difficulty in reaches, this paper describes the major security privacy issues that RFID system faces, and uses two current regular methods to analyze, one of is based on physical mechanism, the other is encryption mechanisms. Focusing on encryption mechanisms, pointing out problems existing in security protocol, this paper provides an improved security protocol based on Hash functions and elliptic curve encryption protocol, and analyzes the safety and performance of these two protocols. The results show this protocol can achieve higher security. Finally, based on this paper, the further research is to combine the RFID tag anti-collision algorithms and security protocols, and propose a security protocol with anti-collision function in RFID system.
