With the high-speed development of multimedia digital trunk, the research on cluster based onAd Hoc temporary networking has become a new direction to make cluster systems constructingmore convenient and flexible. This paper focuses on the research about the cluster based on wirelessmultimedia digital MAC access protocol for Ad Hoc Networks. For the business needs of emergency communication and wireless application, this paperpresents a clustering structure in Ad Hoc Network. Through fixed mobile deployment in thenetwork nodes, to provide the integration of Ad Hoc Networks with Ethernet functionality, enhanced extension. For the characteristics of clustering and multi-hop in Ad Hoc network, differentiate between business TDMA-based and competitive hybrid access, this paper presents theprograms of ralaying in multi-channel. Firstly the classification and study of the protocol in Ad HocNetworks for the low rate of TETRA digital trunking typical system can not meet the muti-servicetransport and nodes typically only one-to-one communication shortcomings, this paper proposes ahybrid access methods based on TDMA and competition compensate them. In addition, in order toincrease network capacity, we determine the design of the protocol architecture in a multi-channelenvironment, and the situation of dual-income, low-cost protocol access solutions. The MAC protocol designed for Wireless Ad Hoc Multimedia Cluster System consistes acontrol channel and multiple data channels, and different clusters use data channel in differentfrequency. The distributed users can self-organize network. Each node in a half-duplex receiver hasbeen in the common control channel to listen and the other half-duplex tranceiver is used to sendand receive data in the data channel. Protocol manages the nodes and channels through the clusterlevel, and designs the superframe structure of the combination of time slot allocation and contentionaccess reasonablly, so that ordinary nodes, cluster heads and relay nodes can normal communicate. After completing access protocol design, this paper proposed protocol simulation. Thesimulation include the composition of the network, relay-based communication path, networkthroughput, priority-based business packet loss rate. The simulation results prove that the design ofthe system and the access protocol is feasible.
