With the development of science and technology, all different kinds of multimedia grow up. Now in the flourishing of various media forms, broadcast industry is facing unprecedented challenges and also having new opportunities. Satellite broadcasting arises at the historic moment. Satellite broadcasting is a media broadcasting television and radio signal with satellite. Satellite broadcasting can spread widely, have a low influence on geography and climate. So it can accomplish real-time broadcasting. In addition, the source signals decode in the MPEG standard and it can meet the high demand for broadcast quality.The main research content of this project is to complete the design of radio transmitting station, which sets signal receiving, signal decoding and signal emission in a body.when broadcast receivers receive and decode, hardware and software will delay. Because of this, the signal of every radio transmitting station will out of synchronization. So that, the signal of two radio transmitting stations in the overlap area will be disturbed.The project is to solve the synchronization of signal emission.The mainly research of this paper is signal decoding on satellite signal, encoding Transport Stream on the basis of understanding MPEG2standard coding principle and the structure of audio streams.It parsed the Program Association Table and the Program Map Table and extracted the the designated program in the TS stream.Then used SCIVO stream analysis software to verify the correctness of the results.Understanding the principle of ARM development board, then migration the software to ARM on the bare-machine state.With the help of the MP3decoding program, the software worked properly.The sounds was played well,and the Experiment was successful.In the end of this paper, some problems are concluded and the further research contents are elaborated.
