Since the beginning of the twenty-first century, the high-energy laser weapons represented a new high-tech weapons have been gotten more and more attention of the countries from all over the world. A lot of heat will be generated in the hydraulic piping when the high-energy laser weapons emission laser beam. How to ensure the high-energy laser weapon’s system to operate safely and stably has become the first problem need to be solved during the development of high-energy laser weapon. At present, high-energy laser weapon hydraulic pipe cooling system is the high-energy laser weapon’s energy control system, it’s the key technology for achieving the energy control of the high-energy laser weapon by real-time detecting and controling the temperature、flow rate、pressure and other important parameters in this system. This paper makes a study of the high-energy laser weapon’s hydraulic pipeline monitoring system.This paper firstly puts forward the total control scheme of the high-energy laser weapon hydraulic pipeline’s monitoring system, through the detailed investigation and study in the hardware module used in the system, the total research scheme of this monitoring system by this paper given, can completely meet the high performance requirements.Secondly, we also do a thorough analysis for the high-energy laser weapon hydraulic piping system’s temperature、flow rate and pressure control strategy, put forward the temperature as the main control parameters of the control strategy. In the view of the high-energy laser weapon hydraulic pipeline system’s model uncertainty, time-varying, hysteresis, lag characteristics and so on, this paper designs a temperature as the main control object by using the adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm with Matlab’s Simulink package to achieve the hydraulic pipeline’s temperature of intelligent control.Finally, based on the Windows XP by using Visual C++and VB6.0application development tool, this paper has designed and achieved the high-energy laser weapon hydraulic pipeline monitoring system’s software platform. Under the software architecture of VISA by using SCPI commands and VISA function interface, High-energy laser weapon hydraulic pipeline monitoring system can make a communication between the computer and data acquisition instrument via RS232-BUS communcation. This monitoring platform has friendly interface, simple operation, can realize the high-energy laser weapon hydraulic pipeline’s temperature, flow rate, pressure and other important parameters’real-time acquisition, display, alarm, analysis and calculation, and also can save and query the data by using the Access2003database. Through the actual operation, it proofs that the high-energy laser weapon hydraulic pipeline monitoring system that is the research of this paper has a good stability and reliability. It can detect and control hydraulic pipeline’s temperature、flow rate、pressure and other important parameters. It can ensure the high-energy laser weapon system’s safe and reliable operation and has very important significance to further improve the performance of the high-energy laser weapon.
