One that the rapid growth of the Chinese economy in the past30years, as well as the acceleration of the urbanization process and the huge population, the burden on the public transport service generates urgent to be needed, whether those traffic jams will continue to intensify, that it would be become an inevitable trend of Intelligent Transportation System.Firstly, this paper has introduced the formulation background of intellectual traffic technology systematically originally in this article,domestic and international research current situation.It regards monitoring and dispatcher system of public transport of WuHu’s intelligence as the project backgroud, introduced Wuhu bus current situation as well as the demand of intelligent transportation system, discusses the key technologies of the system as well as the overall structural design. WuHu’s Intelligent Bus Dispatch monitoring software uses a three-tier model, a set of monitoring and scheduling as one integrated public transport information platform. It have achieved high-speed processing of a large number of online vehicle terminal to upload vehicle information data parsing and sending processed by communication server optimized design, and have solved the problem of overburdened database technical problems as well as heterogeneous platform data communication through a Web service design. The design and implementation of the monitoring and scheduling modules meet the business needs of the public transport urgently needed to achieve the architecture mode automatic scheduling and monitoring of one of the statistical analysis of data processing for smart scheduling to provide a comprehensive basis for decision making, and to improve the management of public transport enterprise.The thesis has researched of existing application systems in public transport enterprises, proposed integrated bus applications based on SOA architecture which based on the lack of an overall planning of public transport enterprises so that they can not be achieved to information sharing, and collaborative work among the various application systems, unified heterogeneous database data access standards at the same time integrate the business processes of the various application systems to make seamless connections between the various applications of the public transport system, collaborative working and information sharing. We can utilize operational data of the IC card reasonably based on Statistical analysis of the software, using fisher ordered clustering algorithm partitioning bus peak interval, adaptive algorithm to optimize vehicle scheduling sub-periods. Finally, examples verify the vehicle is very similar to the size and passenger flow curve in the peak interval bus scheduling optimization to improve the level of service of public transport enterprises.
