As the development of the times, in modern warfare, the accuracy and work efficiency of fuze in shell is becoming more and more important. To bring forward a solution to the above problems, we propose a new way based on1-wire bus communication to autoset of electronic time fuze, under the condition of the system designed is reliable. We only need one wire to finish the setting work, in the proposed scheme. The line not only applies to data transmission but also provides power source for circuits in system. STM32and CPLD are choosed as control and data-processing platform for master system. PIC is selected as the control and communication platform for slave system.First of all, feasibility analysis of the new data transmission scheme based on the1-wire bus is given, including the selection of transmission modes and transmission lines, and the analysis of kinds of losses during transmission, At the same time, the corresponding solutions are given. The most important module of master-slave communication system is simulated, and the simulation result is shown.Secondly, error rate in communication system and its effects on the system is focused in the paper. Then a kind of test method for system error rate, which is accuracy and relatively easy to operate is proposed and used to test error rate of the system in the paper.Thirdly, circuit architecture in hardware part and programming in software part for master and slave system are illustrated in detail, including electronic components’selection, attentions and configuration of the module of power, keyboard and LCD display and so on.Finally, system debugging process in the MDK, Quartus II and MPLAB are analyzed. Then experimental results are shown.
