A Research Of Medical Quality Evaluation Based On Data Warehouse And Case Variety

With the rapid development and deepening of the medical and health system reformation, medical quality is becoming more and more important to the survival of the hospitals. It has become the life of the hospitals. To strengthen the evaluation and management of the medical quality of the hospitals has also become an important task which the managers of the hospitals have to face. Therefore, how to extract related information of medical quality from the existing data of the hospital information system, and effective evaluate and manage the medical quality becomes a problem which the leaders of the hospitals are very concerned about.This paper first carried on a thorough understanding on the related concepts and methods of data warehouse. On this basis, the data warehouse technology is applied to the medical quality evaluation, and we also make use of the center database components to simplify the construction of the data warehouse. In this paper, we studied and preliminarily realized the design and construction of the data warehouse structure which takes the medical quality as the theme, providing a powerful support platform for the data analysis and decision support of the medical quality. Besides, we also researched the comprehensive evaluation methods of the medical quality, and the realization of the envelopment model based on case variety. Using logistic regression analysis, we put forward a new fitting method of the case variety formula, providing certain theoretical and practical basis for the improving of the medical quality evaluation method later on.
