With the developments of the power system automation technology and reform of the electric power system,power legacy and new systems are not well connected and caused many "information island".Information integration is the substantive requirements of smart grid,will be a variety of mutually isolated application systems are integrated into unified platform is the key work of building smart grid.IEC61970standard provides a unified power system model for smart grid information integration,REST architecture style of Web Service as CIS technology mapping, in the performance and the efficiency has been greatly improved,for the power system information integration has opened a new path.This paper analyzes the present situation of the electric power system, briefly introduced the IEC61970standard, detailed analysis of CIM and CIS in power system integration of application.In order to improve the operating efficiency of database,design of CIM and relational database mapping rules,this rules effectively reduce the size of the table and form relatinships;Secondly,introduction and analysis of REST architecture style of the Web Service technology,through the comparison with the traditional Web Service technology,summed up REST in performance and efficiency advantages,overcame the traditionl Web Service technical drawbacks,and according to the present status of power system,designed principles and steps of REST in power system information integration,given the example,effectively solved the problem of information sharing of heterogeneous data source;Third,proposed based on the REST of the architectural style data integration model in IEC61970standards, detailed introduced the model of component and integrated algorithm, realized the power in the old and new system component and seamless connection. Finally, based on the IEC61970and REST data integration simulation system, to validate the model can effectively achieve power system integration of information, and in the performance and efficiency to better than other integration methods.
