Research On The Integration Technology Of Video Surveillance System And Video Conterencing System

Nowadays, due to the rapid development of the network, audio and video codec technology, the traditional conference calls, analog control, distributed digital control cannot fulfill the requirements of the modern office on efficiency and enterprise security management. In order to meet the business development on information technology, it is significant to build a complete video session with the function of the decentralized control point for centralized monitoring and video conferencing and video surveillance in order to achieve the integration of communications into an integrated enterprise information dispatching system the main task of the construction。In this work, the codec technology involved in video conferencing and video surveillance systems are discussed, including a detailed description of their domestic development. A complete video system was designed in accordance with the status quo and the business requirements of Henan Tongli Cement Group Company. This includes:an integration plan that was developed based on the existing and to-be-built surveillance system; an elaboration of the solutions for integrating the existing, but decentralised surveillance sub-systems into a centralised network. With the implementation of the project, tests that focus on compatibility, stability, ease of use and different user rights management were performed. Based on the existing network, a high-definition video conferencing system and high-definition on-demand conference recording system were designed. For the converged communication between the image resources of the conferencing system and the surveillance system, the most suitable solutions were given based on detailed, multi-angle analysis of design principles and construction considerations.On the completion of the integrated video system, unified management of the video resources from different branches of Tongli Cement Group Company will be enabled. It will be possible to call every single video channel to the video conferencing system to be used by the participants as a reference for discussion and decision-making. The integrated video informatisation system will play an important role in the daily management and security of the company.
