Digital Campus Network Planning And Implementation

This thesis explains the origin and development of digital campus, and analyzes itsdefinition, intention and characteristics. Through analyzing the functional features ofdigital campus and the needs of network construction, and according to the developmentsituation of our college, this thesis proposes to build a modern digital campus that canmeet the needs and development of our college in order that the digital construction canbe up to the requirements of our country, and can make the campus network leveldigitalization, informatization, and intellectualization, and to comprehensively designthe construction of our campus network to accomplish unified leadership, planning,deployment and platform so as to meet the developing requirements of network in thenext five years. The planning of reformation and upgrading construction will beaccomplished by analyzing the network and safety equipment, computer centre room,office system and integrating wiring in detail, which plays a guiding role in theperformance of all kinds of programs of in our digital campus.By means of upgrading and reforming of this campus network, our college’sresources will be integrated, the digital sharing cooperative business service system willbe constructed, and the modernization of teaching means and the school’s moreinformatization and modernization will be accomplished so that it can provideteachers and students of the whole college with high efficient digital informationservice.
