In recent years, with continuous updating and adjusting of the substationequipment, equipment is more diverse, more and more onerous and complex processingand analysis of substation information on a variety of devices, traditional managementhas been unable to meet the substationthe development of the situation and work needs. Thus, according to the current situation need to design a line with the actual work of thesubstation equipment management system, device management and computertechnology combine to make the equipment management process clearer, more conciseand flexible management.Subject according to the characteristics of the substation equipment managementsystem, through the use of the NET Framework technology, database technology andnetwork security technology to build a. NET platform, including the presentation layer, business logic and data access layer of the three-tier substation equipment managementsystem. System by the method of regulating device management and better protect thesecurity of the entire grid, reliable and economic operation, the device managementinformation flow and sharing of resources. The paper first describes the situation and development trend of informationmanagement systems at home and abroad, and. NET platform, the software systemarchitecture, database, and UML analysis and synthesis; and then from the perspectiveof overall demand, functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements substationequipment management system is analyzed, and the use case diagram of the method aredescribed. Then the thesis is determined according to the needs analysis, system designgoals, and substation equipment management system to build the program carried outstudies of the overall system architecture, each functional module, system, database andsecurity of the detailed design; the final description operation of the systemenvironment and the implementation of each module, and system testing to verify theeffectiveness and feasibility of the substation equipment management system to buildthe program.
