On the background of information revolution in tourism industry, Jinlu enterprisetourism management information system is established, which can integrate tourismconstruction of Sichuan even all nation. According to strict standard and regulation, thesystem use interation mode to manage resources. At last, network application softwarewith effective and useful feature can be build, which also support tourism industry`sstandardization and normalization.There are four features in Jinlu enterprise tourism management informationsystem.1) Comprehensive industry platformThe system was first proposed in the tourism industry of e-commerce transactionsand internal business management into one system architecture, which is based on theintegration of the B2B travel e-commerce platform, and tourism-related enterprisesinternal business management platform, with tourists with industry turnand transactionservices, travel agencies within the industry management, the interbank and touristsCRM management, e-government interface, the main function for the statistical analysisof the line pipe.2) Mode of tourism E-business transactionBased on different tours execution of the management, the traditional travelinformation software system based the goods trading model tourism e-commercetransactions, the transaction involves tours as e-commerce in goods abstractto completethe goods on display (supplier information, purchase information), picking(bidirectional) orders, delivery receipts, receiving play shall mutual evaluation,after-sales service of a series of business process management.3) Mode of tourism service transactionThe system was first proposed in the tourism industry will "eat","housing","line","swim","purchase","entertainment" and other travel services abstract tradable goods,and support for tourists peers turntransaction Services, a service transaction model "-display supply and demand information, and sends the transaction request, the new and confirmed that the cooperation agreement, receivables payables losses are paid-realpayables registration, mutual evaluation and project evaluation.4) CRM system with B2B\B2CIt is first time to integrate the same trade business and CRM subsystem to formtourism industry of information technology software.
