Design And Implementation Of Service Platform Management Information System For Network Police Of Public Security Bureau

As the progress of information technology, network has become the importantchannel of information transmission, in this situation, network security have graduallybecome the important content of public security organs administration. How to providethe integrated management for the internet bar all over the streets and large numbers ofweb sites, it is the problem for the network police work in the current. The thesis aims atthe present situation of network police work in HangZhou, the application of softwaretechnology in the daily network management work is discussed, in order to develop anetwork police service platform, service in the police work for the city public securitybureau.The design and implementation of the HangZhou network police service platformis introduced detailed in the thesis. First of all, the research status and relateddevelopment technology are introduced in this thesis, and at the basis of deep research,and the function demand and the functional demand of the system are discussed;Secondly, based on the user’s needs, the technical architecture design of the system isdiscussed, and the detailed design proposal of the function module is given, such asnetwork alarm website record, internet bar management, statistics inquiry, informationrelease, knowledge exchange, etc; Finally, the realization process and test process of thefunction modules is discussed such as the network alarm, website record, internet barrecord, etc. In the network police service platform, the J2EE technology is adopted,MVC mode is adopted as the program development framework, the SQL Server isadopted as the database platform. The application of online alarm function is providedin the system, the channels of alarm is widen, and the internet web site and onlinerecord are realized, so as to improve the efficiency of the police work, through thefunction application of information release, data statistics, which provides the reliabledata support for the leadership decision.The network police service platform is discussed in the thesis, in the aspect oftechnology architecture of the system, MVC framework is used as the systemframework in the network police service platform, the separation of pages and codes is realized, the coupling among various modules is reduced. So, the network police serviceplatform has the good function expansibility and flexibility. At present, this system hason-line operated in the Hangzhou Public Security Bureau, from the actual situation tosee, the application of the system has been achieved the expected effect.
