With the development of information technology, information technology used in customer relationship management is essential for the development of the securities business of the road. Some of securities data information is pointless, but also hidden some valuable data.How to get valuable information fast and effective from the mass data, that information will be collected, stored in a database of securities companies, becomes the major focus of securities companies competition.However, it may become a "data grave" to collect data in large databases due to the richness and complexity, the data is difficult to be used again, the value of small to the securities companies, so that makes the securities companies the focus is no longer just concerned about the amount of information, but on intuition and analysis of policy-makers. Decision makers need to extract valuable information from massive amounts of data. CRM (Customer Relationship Management), customer relationship management, is to take the customer as the center of modern enterprise, customer value to determine market demand, for transforming strategy from "product center" to" customer centered" transition of business is fit in easily with. Securities customer relationship management is a complex process, the use of information technology to customer relationship management of securities companies is very important.The paper mainly completed the following:firstly, analyzes the background and development of the subject of research, on the basis of this project research significance analysis. Secondly, describe the customer relationship management theory, the securities company customer relationship management system needs analysis, studies the characteristics of the data, the system business process analysis, at the same time the system data dictionary description. Then, the securities company customer relationship management system design, the system structure and the function of each module detailed design, analysis of customer value and evaluation, on this basis, the system modeling. Finally, based on the J2EE architecture, using JSP language and SQL Server database and a securities company customer relationship management system, the main function including the customer management module, management module, sales management module, knowledge base management module, product information management module, performance management module, statistical, and carries on the test to the system.
