The Research And Application Of MIS For R&D Based On J2EE

MIS (Management Information System) for R&D (Research and Develop) is a computer application system that applies computer science and management science to R&D infomation. In this article we have designed and realized a such system for Technology and Development Department of SHANGHAI CHLOR-ALKALI CHEMICAL CO., LTD.This system, based on Browser/Server architecture, digitizes and Internetizes the information of staffs in Technology and Development Department, technology, criterion, compact and project management. The system is designed into 7 parts as follows: member management module, patent management module, compact management module, project management module, criterion management module, management system module, user logging in and account management module.This system has the characteristic of easy maintenance, compatibleness, high efficiency, safety and friendliness. Using this system will increase infomationization level of R&D management and work efficiency, reduce cost and boost the ability of competition for enterprise.
