| Nowadays, the application based on Internet is developing faster than ever. With the continual update of network technology and deeper research on putting the technology into use, the development of application system experienced several remarkable phases. The application server technology that separates the compute part from traditional compute pattern becomes one of the develop trend in software industry during recent years.The application server technology integrates the advantage of the multiplayer distributed compute pattern, the object oriented software develop technology and the component technology, reduces the cost and technical difficulty of the software development, enhances the credibility of the application system development. It has significant influence on the credibility and flexibility of electronic commerce. Besides, J2EE is a model of brand-new concepts that SUN puts to the market, it has got superiority that traditional network application program cannot compare with.Here, we research summarily on former CORBA, develop a web service based on J2EE and refer to the source code of JBoss. Based on those concepts, we design and make research on EJB server, which is the core technology and body frame of the J2EE application server, and suggest a problem-resolving scheme of develop EJB server on our own. We make a detailed description on our scheme and the specific implement of building an EJB server for most part.The paper focuses on the research and design of the core technology and body frame of the EJB server.
