| The spread of the Internet and the development of information technology lead to theachievement of the digital library in this information era．With the rapid development ofwireless Intemet technology, a new type of services in the digital library with mobileterminal---SMS library platform has gradually arisen. As wireless mobile communicationtechnology adds to the vigorous development of digital library information field，not onlycan the users access to the library without space-time limit，but also in a certain extent,promotes the library service quality and level of public service，providing opportunities tothe innovation and development of the public service in the library career．Making investigation of mobile phone users in mobile library services，based on thefunction, this paper puts forward a general， extensible SMS library systemstructure．According to the proposed system structure，from the overall planning of systemfunction, it detailed analyses function modules，and designs for the database and thelogical structure and concept structure．In the process of system design，it also design asystem of digital library which can exchange data access interfaces，and based on thegeneral in general access interface based on the phone number， achieve bindingcustomized service，inquires the bibliography, renew the book，SMS confirmation andsecond part such as user message system function.This system uses message technology and GSM technology in order to realize thefunction of sending and receiving the message and visiting the GSM websites. In theprocess of development of digital library, with its own characteristics，follow the libraryservice patterns in a certain extent to optimize the traditional library service mode，improving existing library services and service quality, achieve the library informationservice of the library, and also solve the actual demand of foreign service，have verystrong practicability．... |
