Research And Manufacturing Of Multi-function Crankshaft Dynamic Balance Test System With Network Communication Function

This topic is based on the special structure of the rigid rotor-crankshaft as theresearch object, has developed a kind of the crankshaft dynamic balance test systemwhich has network communication function, it mainly used for solving the problems ofthe crankshaft dynamic balance. The network communication function has realized theremote operation, remote fault diagnosis and remote equipment maintenance.This thesis studies the rigid rotor dynamic balance theory, expounds mechanicsprinciple of the rigid rotor double-sided balance, and puts forward seven kinds of rotordynamic balance of decomposition scheme which consist of four cylinder crankshaft,four kinds of six cylinder crankshaft, eight cylinder crankshaft and vacuum pump rotor.This paper especially introduces the hardware circuit design and virtual instrumentsoftware design of the crankshaft dynamic balance test system. Hardware circuit designpart includes the selection of sensor, related processing of acquainted signal, relatedfunction circuit design and the serial communication circuit design. Virtual instrumentsoftware design uses Visual Basic6.0software. It includes the interface design, theserial communication, the system calibration, measurement, qualified standardjudgment and the crankshaft balabcing decomposition program design. This systembased on TCP/IP protocol realized the remote communication through the Winsockcontrol which was provided by Visual Basic6.0.The testing system was verified through many experiments which include softwarealgorithm accuracy experiment, the performance texting experiment of the dynamicbalance measuring system and the stability of network communication test. Theexperimental results show that the multi-function crankshaft dynamic balance testsystem with network communication function has highly measuring accuracy and wellstability. It has practical value and achieves the expected goal.
