With system reform of higher education and the constant expansion ofcollege enrollment in China, the original experimental resources has falleninto serious inadequacy, and the traditional teaching model is more difficultto adapt to requirements of the times. Because of the rapid development ofcomputer technology, virtual experiments came into being. The virtuallaboratory experiments applied to the teaching of the op amp circuit, bothin order to extend the experimental time and space, and also in order tocompleted experiments that can not be achieved by conventional op-ampcircuit experiments. Therefore, developing virtual experiments ofcharacteristics of the op amp circuit is of great significance.In this paper, from the establishment of an operational platform for thevirtual experiment to start, through analysis and research of specificprogramming software, virtual theory and related technology, ActiveXtechnology develops virtual experimental components and the MFC isselected as the virtual experimental platform. Secondly,according to the measured data and the op-amp manuals, set up temperature and humiditycharacteristics of the model of op-amp various parameters and relatedcomponents and store them to developed components. MFC calls andprograms the components of the development in order to realize functions,such as the dynamic drag, rotate, edit the basic properties and so on, and inorder to save the connected topology and information of devices to a file.Background computing and simulation create circuit equation throughcommonly used modified node method, and compute and store the contentsof the file and model, in order to achieve the automatic solution of circuitequations and the op-amp circuit simulation in the limits of temperatureand humidity. In the calculation, powerful computing capabilities of theMATLAB improve accuracy and computing speed.The two parts of the development of virtual experiment based oncharacteristics research of the op-amp circuit have been completed,including building the virtual experiment platform and the simulation ofop-amp circuit under extreme temperature and humidity. Runing op-ampcircuits that shows the introduction of the actual environment both finishsthe experiment the regular hardware op-amp circuit can not achieve, andreduces damage to the device; but also helps the students understand and master of theoretical knowledge of amplifier, and improve the efficiencyand quality of experiments.
