A Design And Realization Of Teacher’s Performance Evaluation System In Higher Vocational College

Since the beginning of this century, China’s higher vocational education has achieved unprecedented development, the higher vocational colleges year enrollment increased from860,000in2001to about3,000,000in2011, students increased from1,200,000to9,000,000In just10years, higher vocational colleges and the number of students in the school year enrollment increased by3.4times and7.5times, the scale of education has occupied half of the country the national higher education. With the continuous expansion of enrollment, the number of students to rapidly expand, how to make use of electronic information, computer networks and other modern scientific and effective management of teaching resources, improve the management efficiency and level of management, guarantee the education quality and school running scale expansion of higher vocational colleges to adapt to, become the Bottleneck Breakthrough of priority among priorities.On Teachers’work performance assessment is the assessment of teacher’s work is an important basis, is the effective measure to improve whole quality of teachers, the correct evaluation of teachers’work, which can create fair and reasonable competitive atmosphere, as the universities of posts, reward and punishment provided scientific basis, but also can guide and promote the whole level of university teachers improve the teaching resources, at the same time again configuration and teaching operation management plays an important role in improving teaching quality, management and the benefit of running a school management key link, its status and importance is self-evident.The aim of this study is to design a set of scientific and reasonable with higher vocational colleges running characteristics of the teacher performance evaluation system, and to the JSP (JAVA SERVER PAGE) technology as the starting point with present popular B/S structure program design method, realized in browsing terminal muti roles should use comprehensive assessment.
