Under the influence of the wave of informationization and a variety ofnetwork information culture, to strengthen the information ethics education,to improve the students’ professional ethics, so that they can effectivelyidentify and fulfill its social responsibility and moral responsibility, havegreat significance. The Case Method as a more mature teaching method hasbeen gradually recognized and accepted by educators, I believe theapplication of Case Method in Computer Ethics teaching will play animportant role.This study, aimed on improves students’ information literacy, based onthe course of Computer Ethics, take Case Method platform in the networkenvironment as a mean. This paper is divided into five chapters: the firstchapter on this subject elaborates the research background, researchobjectives and significance, research methods and research status; thesecond chapter defines the relevant concepts in this paper and offers anoverview of the theoretical basis of the Case Method; the third chapterelaborates the implement of Computer Ethics of Case Method undernetwork environment; the fourth chapter analyses the study of the practiceof Case Method in the course of computer Ethics, and practice effects areanalyzed and summarized; the fifth chapter summarizes the research andfollow-up study. After the practice research, we find that, with the application of CaseMethod based on network in the course of Computer Ethics, students’interest in learning are activated, students’ enthusiasm of learning arestimulated, students’ subject consciousness are enhanced; students’ capacityof dealing with computer ethics, collaboration, communication,summarization etc are also been improved.
