At present, the mode of EPS electric power supply is developing in centralized powersupply mode to distributed power supply mode.DC/DC converter is the part that is usedwith the highest utilization rate and frequency.The property of the circuits affects theproperty of the whole system directly. In the essay, a set of residual current detectingsystem is designed on the base of analysis of high-efficient DC-DC converter.A set ofsystematic overall programs and concrete implementing measures have been put forward.Firs of all, the current situation of the DC/DC converter and the residual currentdetecting system are introduced in the essay.And all kinds of problems existing in theresidual current detecting technology are analyzed.It is proposed that the micro-controllertechnology should be used in the designation of the residual current detection to improveits standard of intelligence and satisfy various requirements of the customers.The residualcurrent system can detect not only the AC-type residual current but also the A-typeelectrical current.The magnitude of the residual current as well as the actuation time of theexamination can be displayed beside the machine.Besides, those statistics such as theelectrical current and time that has been detected can also be transmitted to the principalcomputer via Ethernet interface to do related analysis and calculations.Secondly, thedesign principles and implementation methods of the micro-controller residual currentdetection system based on DC/DC converter are elaborated in the essay.In the aspect ofhardware design, the structure of the hardware system is introduced briefly in the essay.Itis constituted by MCU control modules, system power modules, display modules,current-generating modules, current detecting modules, network communications modulesand other peripheral auxiliary circuits.Then, the circuit designation of every part as well asthe design methods is expounded.In the aspect of software design, the design philosophybased on modularity divides the design of the whole process into many modules as system initialization, DAQ, data processing, LED Display, Switch gear, Action Logic, externalinterrupt and principal computer communications and so on.In the essay, the program flowdesignation of these modules and their functions implementation are expounded separately.Secondly, in the essay, those various modules of the whole system are debugged.Thehardware circuits of every module that have been designed are on the site analysis to findout those shortages and problems.These problems emerged are analyzed and correspondingresolutions are proposed.Later, on the base of the debugged hardware circuits, the softwareis debugged, and the conditions that are possible to emerge are analyzed.Mechanismsbased on events and state machine are adopted to debug these various software modules.Then, an overall software and hardware debugging are made.The debugging results aresummarized and analyzed to make it convenient to guide the next step of work.Finally, thewhole researching and debugging process are summarized in the essay.And the problemsin the system and the following performances are showed clearly.
