As we all known, machine vision technology is more and more mature, manufacturinghad a fast development, machine vision has a much wider application, especiallyin manufacturing production about location and decetion, which were more fast andmature.At present, manufacturing social competition was more and more intensely. In orderto economize the production cost, raise the production efficiency, that needs company doseimprove the production line, inproving in this process, production automation is replacingmanual operation. This article based on significant science and technology key problemState Scientific and Technological Commission of city of Shanghai.The project is aboutthe study of electromechanical integration that low-voltage circuit breaker intelligentdetection system. This paper study on low-voltage circuit breaker production testingsystem, and had a further research about long delay testing intelligent detection locationunit. The study had a breakthrough on intelligent detection location.The system has itsfesture about fast, stable and accurate. This system used distributed controltechnology,testing technology, intelligent control technology, machine vision technology,sensor technology combined with spot manufacture experience.So this paper studied anddeveloped the system of intelligent control positioning inspection based on machine vision.The system has improved the hand operation testing way, in order to adjust the seriouscompetition situation. This thesis’s mainly work and innovation points as follows:At first,this article describes the structure of machine vasion,and its application aboutintelligent location and detection in industry production.By setting up a system in the lab,based on its feature and production structure, and has done all kinds of imitation situation we will meet.This article has studied and approved kinds of arithmetic. The pictures havebeen feature extraction which got in the process of image processing, and then analysisedthe results, based on the results we got the best proposal to improve the system’s highefficiency, stable and veracity.Secondly, this article used machine vision technology to image collection,then dealwith the date we have got.The date was trasmited PLC,PLC can control and adjust theworktable to finish detection and location. The up computer correspon with down controlunitby OPC technology.And then, this paper combined with production and control condition, which hascome out automation on low-voltage circuit breaker’ long time delay test, replacedmanufacturing. This system use machine vision technology, combined with distributecontrol mode, so when system working ancident can make few harmfulness.Last, this system use image process and worktable moving to locate the screw, fastand exactly. At the same time, the servo electric current feedback, which can overcome thething that torquemeter can be easily broken.Stepper motor coordinate with Magnetic deletecan make much more precision.The production system has entered the production test stage, running steadyly andwell. Compared with the original manufacturing mode test, product per breaker timereduced by more than30%. At present, the system has made good market prospect andapplication value.
