A new round of TV blind date shows flooded the screen, which ledto a large number of media ethics issues simultaneity. As elaborated onthe history and current situation of the domestic and international TVblind date shows, this article has analyzed the demoralizationphenomenon of the new round blind date shows in China, such as falseprogram contents, prevalence of vulgar vogue, spreading of ugliness windand value-oriented deviation. However, there are many reasons on thedemoralization phenomenon. The most important reason is lack of mediamoral responsibility. On the basis of elaborated media moralresponsibility theory, combined with the moral anomie in the TV blinddate shows, analysis of the causes of media demoralization from themedia of human responsibility and social responsibility. Finally, proposedseveral of media moral responsibility mechanisms on analyzing theoptimization of the media’s ethical environment and improve the socialenvironment of the media. Mediated moral optimization of theenvironment needs to enhance the moral training of media practitioners.Meanwhile, to enhance the audience’s media literacy education andstrengthen the moral autonomy of the media are necessary. To changemedia social environment should deepen the reform of the media system,which still demand for speeding up the construction of media legal system and increasing media supervision. Thereby we can be effectivelycurbed the media moral anomie and promote healthy and orderlydevelopment and progress of China’s media industry.
