On a computer and other modern environment and equipment,themanagement beome information and scientific in various industries and fields.In education, information should be go-ahead. The establish of schoolhouseinformation management system fitting to Hulun Buir’s practical situation canmake decisions and plans, analysis infrastructure construction of educationand know the school infrastructure project information timely. So the establishis very necessary for education ministration. The area of Hulun Buir is vast.Theschools distribute around in the city. The distance between schools is large.According to these basic features, we make a management system whichserves for school infrastructural project in Hulun Buir. The managementsystem promotes the management informationization, normalization, hignefficience and systematization of school infrastructural project. Themanagement system improves the old statistical summary analysis modelwhich are reported manually. The management system, aimed at schools,county and the users, gathers foundation information statistics, planningdesign management, engineering progress management, the use andsupervision of fund, engineering audit acceptance and engineering finalfunction. In this paer, by analysing the status of education infrastructureconstruction and combining the basic situation and feature, we make the goalof schoolhouse information management system, list the general demandanylysis and introduce the system frame design and the realization of thesystem.To make this scheme, we have the following to do:1. According to the status of education infrastructure construction and thebasic education information in Hulun Buir’s, we make the purpose and significance of the research on schoolhouse information management system.2.According to the research purpose of the system and the goal, we knowthe demand of all users, study the system function and performance demandand make the requirement analysis.3. We introduce the design of system architecture.By the purpose and requirement analysis of the system, we make thedesign pattern, which are based on B/S (browser/server) structure, HTML andJSP web page development technique and Oracle database technology. Weplan the system architecture figure, system structure figure and the relationfigure of users. The system mainly has third class users: the school users, thecounty users and the municipal users. The system mainly has five modules:user management, data management, data check, statistic analysis and datamonitoring. The modules have the following subfunction: data entry, datamodification, data interview, data statistic, user assignment, etc.4. We illustrate the explicit implementation methods of the five modeles andthirteen functions.The foreground realize to interact with users by JSP web page, and thebackground save data by Oracle database, which provides data query servicequickly and steadily. To save system resource and impove system operationalefficiency, the connection method adops database connection pool technology.By the combination of JSP and Oracle, we realize the various functions of thesystem, such as user management, data management, data check, datastatistic and data interview.5. Testing the system, we show the flow of school users and the summaryanalysis function of municipal users.Through the pophase research, discuss with units and the knowledge oftruth of school, the system demand analysis is detailed and the functionaldesign is reasonable. The test achieved very good results and realize the goalof system design at the beginning.The information management system of Hulun Buir’s schoolhouse has the following advantage:1. Since the system adopts browser/server (B/S) structure, the operationis easy for users and the upgrade and maintenance of system is simple.2. Through the analysis of the physical truth of Hulun Buir’s schools andbuldings and the modular design, the system reduce the manual interventionvastly and improve the informationization and scientification of datamanagement.3. The system, using Oracle as the background database technology andJSP as the foreground design technology, improves the scientification andinformationization of Hulun Buir’s schoolhouse management. The system,gathering the basic information statistics of schoolhouse, the testing results ofbuldings, the establish of Engineering plan and the management of projectcapital, provides explict and accurate data for building and planning of HulunBuir’s school, and improve the automation of information management inHulun Buir’s schoolhouse.The system has a positive effect on balanced development of HulunBuir’s education.At present, the Hulun Buir’s schoolhouse informationmanagement have gone through the test stage and are used throughout thecity. It can meet the manage demand of education infrastructure constructionand complete the expected goal of the system design.
