Research And Implementation Of Mobile Enterprise Inventory Information System Based On Web Service

Enterprise information system was established and consummated with the development of various computer technologies and standards. The applyment of different technologies and standards in the existing information systems created the overlapping functions, data redundancy and communication difficulties couldn’t satisfy enterprises’growing demand of mobile information management, all of these greatly blocked the process of enterprise information construction. Therefore, it becomes an important problem to be solved to expand enterprise information management area and to satisfy the customers’ mobile demand by using the Internet to construct a unified, efficient and mobile enterprise information system.Web service is a set of technologies and standards, with interoperability, encapsulation, loose coupling and natural characteristics of the network, can efficiently establish assembly, high reusability, mobile enterprise information system, which can provide high-efficiency information management under complex and mobile conditions.This paper started with the research of Web service and its core technologies and standards, then a detailed study was carried out for Web service’s architecture and application in enterprise information management. According to the studies of different mobile intelligent terminal systems, revealed the feasibility and the basic of realization of mobile enterprise information management on android. Research on how to establish a high-efficiency and mobile enterprise information system was carried out by combining Web service with android, and a mobile enterprise information management architecture was brought out, the architecture’s design especially how Web service design was stated in detail. According to this architecture, a mobile inventory information system based on Web service was designed and implemented, in which the Web services’ communication and security solution on Android were provided. The implement of mobile inventory information management system demonstrates that the mobile and high-efficiency enterprise information management can be provided by using this mobile information system architecture in which Web service and android are combined.
