Active jamming is a widely used interference. Using the false information andfalse targets, it makes that the radar cannot correctly acquire the real goal in the radardetection and tracking system. Therefore, it is of great importance to study itsconfrontational approaches. The present situations and trends of radar anti-jamming are firstly introduced inthis paper. Then all kinds of active deceptions are researched and analyzed from theprinciple and the condition, which include the distance deception, the speed deception, the distance-speed synchronous towed, the angle deception, the electronic false targetsdeception and other cheating methods,. Several anti-active deception jamming methods, including the tracking memory method of anti-range deception jamming, the memorymethod of anti-speed deception and the spectrum identification method ofanti-distance-speed synchronous towed, are analyzed and researched through computersimulations. The technique of adaptive sidelobe cancellation (ASLC) is finally studied, which is an effective way to restrain active jamming in the radar system. The basictheory of ASLC and parameter of valuating cancellation performance are also presentedin this paper, validating the effect by computer simulation. Some valuable problems areanalyzed in detail when ASLC is used in the project application, including the numberof auxiliary antennas, the existence of noise and desired signals and the influence of thediverse amplitude and phase on ASLC, etc.
