The exploration of the marine electromagnetic field is a high and new technology in marine science research. Because the marine electromagnetic field is extremely weak and mainly low frequency signal, the manufacture of high performance marine sensor becomes an important research among marine electromagnetism survey. In accordance with specific characteristic of high pressure blue water and problems in practical application of marine sensor, this dissertations puts forward electrode qualifications of the sensor. It is obvious that Ag/AgCl all-solid-state electrode is suitable for marine survey through analysis. The electrochemistry principle and fabrication process of Ag/AgCl all-solid-state electrode was expounded in detail in this dissertations. Electrochemical noise(EN), stability, signal response were tested and the corresponding data was analyzed. The results show that the Ag/AgCl all-solid-state electrode studied is characteristic of lower noise, good stability, high precision, and enduring high pressure.In order to produce high performance, Longevity Service, usableness Ag/AgCl solid-state electrode this article on the electrode area,firing process,the morphology of silver, the combination of the electrode and silver slugger, different powder dry method, the hole is main body internal electrodes factors the electrode noise impact studied. EN with the increase of reducing electrode area on the trend,the different shape silver will affect silver chloride powder and mixture evenly degree of silver, affect electrode performance. Using the preparation of freeze-drying performance AgCl powder particle size is smaller than that of the preparation of drying AgCl powder, more uniform particle size, the preparation of electrode is more low noise, internal hole electrode ratio on the electrode noise have influence, when the hole rate was25%in the optimal electrode noise.
