Detecting glucose levels in foods and blood by electrochemical method is of great importance for many years in chemical,clinical,and environmental communities.In recent years,nonenzymatic electrochemical sensors application in glucose got more and more attention.Especially,the preparation of inorganic nanomaterials in actual application of electrochemical sensors,deficiencies are limited.For example,single crystal nanometer material synthesis is difficult,the synthesis of nanomaterials specific surface area is not high.Therefore,this thesis is based on single crystal gold and copper metal nanometer materials to build sensors,nanometer materials,simple preparation method are discussed and the glucose,hydrogen peroxide detection in the field of application.the current research of the preparation of inorganic nanometer materials modified electrodes without enzyme sensor bottleneck in synthesis single crystal nanomaterials are difficult and specific surface area of the synthesis of nanomaterials is not high.Therefore,this thesis is based on single crystal gold and copper metal nanometer materials to build sensors,the simple preparation method of nanometer materials are discussed and the glucose,hydrogen peroxide detection in the field of application.the main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The polyhedron single crystal gold was prepared by simple chemical synthesis method,This experimentss are in PVP-K30 system,through regulating the influence parameters,Successfully control the gold nanocrystals growth process and morphology,PVP-K30 are reductant and surfactant.Research results show that the morphology of gold nanocrystals mainly by adsorption on the surface of the amount of PVP-K30 decision.In addition,the single crystal gold decoration on the GC electrode,electrochemical sensor properties indicated,in voltammetry detecting glucose,responsing is obvious and reach physiological level and anti-interference ability of AA is incresed.Timing ampere method is used to detect glucose response,wide linear range,at the same time,single crystal gold also have certain response to H2O2,wide linear range and sensing performance is better.Single crystal can overcome the barrier of grain boundary,reduce electronic the dissipation of energy in passing,improve the electrical conductivity,good for collection and transmission of signals.(2)The de-alloyed preparation process is simple,easy to operate,which laid a foundation for mass production.We use NaOH solution can be successful etched,During this we found that two types of unicom porous copper and cuprous oxide.This kind of novel porous structure greatly increases the specific surface area.In addition,the porous copper and cuprous oxide modified on the GC electrode,electrochemical sensor properties indicated,response to glucose,sensing properties are good.At the same time,in the porous copper and cuprous oxide successfully load on gold.Its properties need further research.
