The dispatcher training simulator (DTS) can simulate closely the accident,accident treatment and System recovery of the power system. It has great significanceto improve the business level of dispatcher, the security of power system and theeconomic dispatch. The dispatching center of Power Supply Bureau undertakes theimportant task of transmission and distribution power, and plays monitoring role forthe safety operation, and both economic and social benefits of the power network.Research and development the dispatcher training simulation system has the urgentrequirement with the enlargement of power network scale, and the increasing ofdispatcher professional level.The business processes and system requirements of the dispatcher trainingsimulator system are analyzed based on enough investigation, analysis and argument.The cross platform technology, the multiple context technology and CASEmanagement, the pattern database integration technology, the redundancy technologyand J2EE Technology are researched, the main function modules, the main models, thedatabase of the system are designed. The system model design refers to the models ofthe power network simulation subsystem, the control center simulation subsystem, andthe teacher simulation subsystem. Finally, the system test is finished.The system realizes the process management and standardization management fortraining and examination of dispatcher, improves abilities of the economic and securitydispatching, the accident treatment, the emergency handling of the power supplybureau, improves the economic efficiency of enterprises greatly, and becomes theimportant platform of training and examination for the dispatcher of power supplybureau.
