With the development of Digital Audio Technology, its application are widely usedand the requirements are increased. But because of the openness of the audio system isdifficult to embedded in other applications for the poor, it is necessary to make somedevelopmen in certain applications. This paper is based on special requirements of someinformation processing system,in order to study on the data acquisition and processingtechnology.In the introduction of Digital Audio Technology theories, a design of digital audiosystem is suggested. Based on the Speex codec technology and the application ofVS2008platforms, the acquisition, encoding, decoding and replaying functions of audiosystem is completed. In order to achieve better sound quality, silence detection, noisereduction and echo cancellation are also used to provide the users a mode to choose.Finally, compete the test and optimization of system.The technical design parameters of the voice system is a single channel, samplingfrequency of44.1KHz, sound quantitative median16bit. The result shows that the audiosystem is stable, better quality sound replaying, and has practical value.
