The production process of industrial enterprises increased demand for integratedinformation and promote the distributed control system (DCS) of the development. Avariety of different control systems use increases the difficulty of informationintegration, affecting the integrated enterprise information management systemimplementation. Communication interface technology can effectively solve the problemof data communication between different systems.This article discusses a new generation of DCS system technology, analysis of theOPC, ODBC, and UDP in the three critical industrial control system communicationinterface technology. Detailed analysis of the OPC technology, communicationinterface requirements analysis and system functions, proposed OPC interface softwaredesign, data buffer management, thread scheduling statute, the statute dealing with, logmanagement and other functions are analyzed, and completed the design of OPCinterface software And functional testing. For the ODBC protocol and UDP protocol,the paper were carried out and the data processing system function analysis, design,communication interface corresponding software architecture, implemented ODBC andUDP communication interface features, and completed a functional test.Three communication interface designed to meet industrial applicationrequirements the software has a variety of DCS application integration informationsystem integrated system, tested the use of long-term stability. |
