With the enhanced reform in China's telecommunication system and China became the member of WTO, the domestic competition on telecom market is increasingly intensified in today's China. How to develop and maintain the key-account customers by supplying them with quality and personal services becomes the key competition point for the telecom enterprises in China.To face such circumstance, a system of key-account customer behavior analysis is proposed in this paper. The users' data, which are from the mobile GSM exchange system, BOSS production system and customer service system, are integrated. Unified data view is established. The software system is designed with with B/S pattern. Using the ASP+ODBC method,it is implemented to reach high performance of compatibility and synergy among different levels from the database level, the service logic level, to the expression level. At the same time,Microsoft's MTS intermediate level management technology is used to separate the levels of digital data service, the intermediate, and the customer end application.In this paper, the system requirements are analyzed detailedly. The system structure and database are designed. The design and implementation of the system function are discussed. The key-account customer behavior analysis system is composed of five basic modules: user's authorization and validation, key-account customer information management and key-account customer dynamic management, key-account customer behavior analysis, pre-alert management and statistics inquiry function. User's authorization and validation module is used to identify and control the user's access authorization; Key-account customer information management module manages all kinds of operations on the customers' information, including inquiry, entry, modification and remove, and implement customer's dynamic classification based on their respective expenses; Key-account customer behavior analysis includes service fee breakdown, change tendency, potential demand forecast; Pre-alert management is made up of customer drop-out warning, the insufficient balance reminder; Statistics inquiry function works to respond to inquiries for customer information, order records, order discount, engagement and drop-out records. Based on standard SQL and data type design, the system will be capable to support each kind of database management tools.At the end, a brief summary on the system promotion and application is made, and the prospect of its development is discussed.
