Design And Implementation Of Diagnosis Module For GL847-based Large-format Image Capturing System

Large-format scanner is a complex device, which consists of optical lens,mechanical parts, electronic devices, software drivers and other components, all ofcomponents depend on each other. This determines it hard to debug and fix large-formatscanner’s problem.This paper surveys and studies a variety of case about large format scanner failureanalysis, diagnosis and repair. On this basis, put forward some design on aid faultdiagnosis module. Then according these requirements to design and implementationthree modules, such as logging module, virtual device module and the automaticallyupdated module, and refactor the existing software framework to enhance the reusabilityof the module.Finally, verify all of module in the actual work. Through the way of remote helpcustomers fault diagnosis application use each module to get effective feedback andhelp improve the efficiency of diagnosis. It verifies the effectiveness of the diagnosismodule proposed in this paper, indeed improve the efficiency of b ug fix, and achievegood results.
