Research And Application Of Realtime Database Management Information System In MES

The Real-time Database System (RTDB, Real-time Database) is a set of complete solution, The real-time data acquisition, monitoring and real-time data storage, showing of the RMIS are applied into the informatization of enterprise, and’ provide data for the users.This topic comes from the production management information system of the Jilin chemical and fiber company, the production management information system of Shaanxi XingPing chemical company etc.This paper studies the real-time database technology, and analyzes the structure of the RTDB, the technology of the RTDB acquisition and monitoring and the technology of the database middleware, and then it shown the design ideas and system structure of the RTDB. Besides, it designed the data collection interface unit, real-time monitoring module, equipment management and fault diagnosis module. Based on the technology of the database middleware, it implemented the real-time data acquisition and monitoring system in the MES(Manufacturing Execution System). The function of this system mainly includes that the acquisition and storage of the factories’ production real-time data, the real-time monitoring of the production process and state, the equipment management, condition monitoring and the fault alarm etc.This system has been operated in the factory, and the function is perfect, and has achieved the design requirements.
