In recent years, with the upgrading of hardware technology, the previous software simulation of the physical machine to make the virtual machine (Virtual Machine) technology development has also been strong, particularly in the last2years, gradually into the large-scale virtualization, high-load enterprise applications, the industry has been considering the virtual systems through the integration of multiple means of integration, as a cluster virtualization to provide users with services, and the virtual machines migrate from one server to another server, so do spread the load between servers to optimize the processing power of the cluster. To this end, the major virtualization platform vendors release the corresponding interfaces and methods of migration. However, when the need to migrate, migration, where the machine can make the best overall performance of the cluster, and some time in the future with continuing problems such as algorithms and strategies have not made any recommendations. To solve this problem, a virtual cluster for a long period of load monitoring, the CPU load as the cluster load mainly on the indicators, and according to long time intervals such as the historical load data analysis to identify the cycle, trend and noise interference and other factors, then a virtual cluster ARIMA algorithm CPU forecast the future value of the specified period of time, and ultimately, through the predictive value of the virtual cluster deployment optimized to achieve the desired effect is responsible for balance.Solutions to verify the correctness of the cluster produced the most optimal strategy for virtualization applications, including performance monitoring module, performance data storage module, ARIMA calculation module, the virtual cluster VM migration module. Finally, the virtual machine by5and2virtual hosts under the actual environment of the validation tests, the facts show that the predicted ARIMA algorithm derived the correct virtual machine migration. Therefore confirmed by monitoring CPU load data, etc. can be a reasonable load balancing cluster, the cluster for the virtual design, use and maintenance of reference.
