Ministry of Finance in2007put forward the guiding ideology of integration platform, require the construction of information technology to achieve the unity of the management, business and technology. Local financial departments respond positively to the call of the central Ministry of Finance, also strengthen the unified information technology and construction standards. Therefore, Local financial informatization construction already by original "act of one’s own free will" is gradually moving towards up and down through the "integration" of grand unification.With all the business integration to promote the construction of hardware, security and network access in response to the request more and more high, which requires the local financial departments should increase financial management informatization construction to promote, with reasonable investment to build a smooth, safe and reliable access to the system, ensure the public finance departments at all levels and the budget unit as well as inter-bank data can safely and effectively unified exchange and sharing.This paper is dedicated to the Weihai Finance Bureau application server integration process virtualization technology application and the database server cluster in Oracle RAC10g cluster technology and application of load balance technology.This paper focuses on the following aspects were discussed and studied:(1) The application server, virtual integration:the use of VMWARE virtualization software to the district application server integration:according to business needs to be stored resources allocation; virtualization allows a hardware resource operation efficiency promotion, server management more flexible; virtualization in operation maintenance and improvement of service level; through the development of strategy to improve service running safety and continuous; virtual realization of fault occurs to reduce service recovery time; virtual cluster strategy, ensure programme high availability; the realization of advanced backup strategy.(2) The RAC. Oracle10g database server cluster, load balancing: using Oracle RAC lOg drift and automatic fault switching and other new technology, the solution because the soft/hardware failures caused by outage.The use of Oracle RAC10g CRS services in real-time or cluster node function, the group work to implement dynamic management and maintenance, making set in conformational flexibility.In the Oracle RAC10g system, data protection, recovery manager (RMAN), the flashback technique (FlashBack), automatic storage management (ASM), LogM iner, fault drift and a series of new technologies, enhance the RAC system availability.Oracle RAC lOg has good load balancing performance; through real time on node load rate monitoring, and based on the monitoring of the task is reasonable and balanced treatment, to achieve high-volume operations split processing.
