With the development of the city, city various pipeline laying is already very common. The demand for pipeline greatly improved, which makes the line design puts forward higher request. For the pipe lining is very important. Choose a conform to the standard, the economic and reasonable lining control system, is the new challenge of the piping design.In order to meet the needs of urban health water supply, prevent rust and other harmful substance pollute water and prevent pipeline corrosion. When ductile iron pipe used for urban water supply line, the wall must be coated non-toxic tasteless cement mortar lining. There are three kinds of method for casting pipe lining concrete, manual besmear, lining, spraying and centrifugal coat lining, centrifugal coat lining is commonly used. The surface of the lining is smooth, uniform, level off and wall combined with high strength, not easy to fall off, and a high degree mechanization of production.Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a computer that is designed for the applications of industrial environment. It applies microelectronic technology to implement control and data processing functions according to programs written by users. Because of its high reliability, simple programming and easy to maintain, it is widely used in various kinds of control systems. In the automated production process, the use of PLC to control the operation of lining machine replaces the traditional relay control, improves the reliability of work and reduces the rate of failure.The main content of Bi-based Siemens PLC300controller is to realize the automatic control of lining machine through Wincc lining machine to achieve operational status on-line monitoring.This thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is to explain the benefits of controlling lining machine with the PLC, introduces the programmable logic controller, with an emphasis on the design used in this Siemens S7-300PLC series; The second chapter introduces lining machine equipment consisting mainly of institutions(circuit principle diagram)and process flow. The third chapter is the application of S7-300PLC control system for lining machine design, including hardware configuration and software design. The fourth chapter mainly describes the use of protool monitoring software design lining machine system of human-machine interface.
