The integrated mobile networks of the main telecom operators are becoming more and more complicated with heterogeneity more obvious, the operators all face the problem of switch of heterogeneous network to enhance perceived service quality while providing real time services In order to solve those problems and guided by customer service, analyze the network change process in terms of the constructs and main technical points of the integrated mobile networks, conduct the pervasive computing heterogeneous network switching, and optimize systemically the key links in heterogeneous network switching, i.e. the main ports of various networks to shorten the switch delay, increase the accessibility of networks and make the service more apparent to clients.This paper first discusses the current status of the integrated mobile network and the switching problems confusing operators in depth fining the integration, mobility and heterogeneity of the integrated mobile network lead to the delayed switching and poor perceived service quality which are the main reasons hinder the future expansion of the integrated mobile network. From the operators point to enhance the perceived service quality, to optimize the heterogeneous network switching according to the key parameters of Qos, we also need to optimize the CDMA and Wlan network management system on the customer terminal.So the study undertakes to analyze the various parts of integrated mobile network, find the theoretical and technical support for heterogeneous network switching by studying the network structure and key technical points, and combing the pervasive computing theory, realize the heterogeneous network switching management system to improve QoS.In the study and realization of the system, the advanced method of independent common platform was adopted in terms of the concept of system architecture, which lays a solid foundation for QoS assurance. Besides, this paper makes full use of the combined ideas of P2P and QoS, and employsad-hoc auxiliary relaying mode, so as to improve the network performance. At the same time, with respect to algorithm selection and primitive design, some theoretical basics related to ubiquitous computing is selected to more efficiently accomplish the switch-over between heterogeneous wireless network. In this way, the Pl.R (package loss rate) and delay are controlled in an allowed range, and the use of bandwidth resources are maximized through the dynamic bandwidth allocation. As to the interface design, this paper mainly realizes the QoS request mapping and queue scheduling algorithms between heterogeneous network services, as well as the weighting selection of QoS parameters in the network optimization. Meanwhile, the system analysis is conducted according to the objectives around the QoS key indicators, in that the system process and system interface are designed on the basis of the actual operation of users, which can enhance customer perception and system pertinence. At last, the network optimization management system is employed to collect the data of QoS indicators after switched systems optimization, which will be compared the former data before optimization, in order to provide data support.
