At the mid70’s in20th century, the automation(Office Automation, called OA) is aintegrative technique that develops quickly in the flourishing nation,which resolve to hugeinfluence problem brought about by increment of amount of business.It makes use ofadvanced computer technique,make people solve a part of business by dint of variousequipments.And it attain the purpose of exaltation production efficiency,work efficiency andquality,convenient for business enterprise management and decision.The OA knowledgerealm overlaid academics such as behavioral science,management science,sociology,thesystem engineering etc..And to some extend,it incarnates the crossing mutually andpermeating mutually in many academicses.The OA software of our country has alreadyleaded the development of more than20years from the end of80’s up to now.And it hasdevelopped into providing the large cooperative product facing to business enterprise fromproviding an assistance facing to the single computer at the beginning.The local OA markethas already presented the flourishing prospects now.Each OA factories all expedite toinvestigate an own road,in the meantime,accumulating much advanced technique and traininggreat excellent talented person,beat under firm foundation for our country’s realization toinformation-based society roundly.The OA software of our country mainly experience three development stages,carryingout twice revolution leap.In mid80’s,our first-generation office system make use of pernalcomputer and related office suit,carrying out the electron of data statistics and document.Thecarrier of office substitute for original paper with electronic byte.In the mid90’s of20centuries,the next generation system of office automation carried out a workflow automationbasing on the advanced network technique and cooperative work technique.And it make thetext of receiving and dispatching develp from the traditional handicraft method to theworkflow automation. The design of most OA softwares still stay around the Client/Server structure.The mainabuse is the system connection is too big to upgrate and maintain. Usage of traditionaltechnique can’t reply the problem brought by the frequent change of requirement in thebusiness enterprise.To improve the extensibility of OA system,our design should adopt thethought of three-layer structure and object-oriented etc.advanced priciple.First,the paper introduced the present condition and development background of theenterprise office management system,then discussed the design target of the system,systemrequirements and total design scheme,and discussed amply the detailed desing andimplementation of system.The paper mainly studied the work principle of the enterprisecooperation management system based.NET platform.Finally it carried out the design of theenterprise cooperation management system based.Net platform,and detailedly divided eachfunction module of the system.The paper carried on the system test and put forward theproblem still needing to be improved.The system mainly provided the official document system managent,workflowmanagement,mail management,information management etc for the customer,and providedpower management,user management,the official document process model management,theworkflow model management etc. for administer.In the aspects fo design,the system adoptedthree layer based B/S,in the meantime,carried on the dynamic page design by usingASP.NET.Considering the security of system and the reusage of code,the system carried onsealing to the key code by using component.The back database chose to SQL SERVER.Completed the paper to also complete the design,development,the test work of the wholesystem, that system circulated a stability currently.
