Decision Theater (DT) uses data and object repository as public resources and integrates theplatforms of simulation, visualization and collaboration, shows the decision-making processesand results in graphic visualization environment. DT is a team-based cooperation frameworkoriented to complex problem and is a combination of new technologies for decision support.Simulation Based Acquisition (SBA) is a kind of complex acquisition process in whichDepartment of Defense and industry are enabled by robust, collaborative use of simulationtechnology that is integrated across acquisition phases and programs. SBA needs theparticipation of experts in multi-fields, it is often difficult for the experts to acquire a widerange of information timely, reach consensus and make decision recommendations rapidly, and these will affect scientific and effective of the ultimate decision. Aiming at multi-fieldsexperts’ collaborative decision-making and synthesis solving oriented to this kind of problemsuch as SBA, DT can be used to support the decision-making of SBA under the guidance ofmeta-synthesis, and this will involve a large number of views for decision-making and virtualscenario.SBA of weapon is the research background of this thesis, aiming at the problems of experts inmulti-fields cannot communicate effectively and reach consensus rapidly, on-line simulationoriented to Decision Theater is presented. The main idea is to help the experts in collaborativedecision-making analysis through multi-views simulation demo in the DT’s visualizationenvironment. According to the requirements of multi-views simulation demo, the thesisintroduces multi-views methodology to put forward a decision-oriented acquisitionmulti-views framework, and studies the visualization description methods of models of theframework. Taking into account SBA is a parallel, iterative, spiral process, the thesis studiesthe various interactive logic relationships based on data or knowledge or information amongthe acquisition views and their models. Finally, selecting the overall program design ofprogram phase of SBA as an example, this thesis provides a reference for specific applicationof decision-oriented acquisition multi-views description.
