The mainresearch work are as follows:(1) In order to improve the detection accuracy and efficiency, the text proposed adetection of colloidal gold immune chromatography-based image processing technology, thecore algorithm using OpenCV on the test card color image processing to identify test T-linecard and calculate the pixel values, concentration size T-line pixel values linear relationshipbetween pixel values due to the size of the different concentration of T line is not the same,many times statistics can be drawn. Therefore, as long as the calculated pixel values of theT-line the size of the analyte concentration can be obtained, so that you know whetherexcessive.(2) In accordance with the needs analysis of the detection principle and instrumentresearch and design of each module of the detector, the specific function modules includeUSB HD camera image acquisition and processing module, GPRS wireless transmissionmodule, micro-printer module and soft keyboard module.In order to test the feasibility of the instrument, the instrument through a vegetablepesticide residue detection, the results show that this instrument is compared with theprevious detector, the detection efficiency and accuracy have been greatly improved.
