RFID has wide application prospect. The biggest obstacle hindering its application isits cost, the cost of the etching antenna process accounts for about1/3of its total cost; sothe develope a low cost manufacturing antenna method is meanful. In addition, theperformance of the antenna is changed with the environment, so we need design antennashape according to specific application environment. Mastering RFID antenna design is avery key technology to the application of RFID.This paper proposes a method based on the die-cutting technology to produce RFIDantenna. RFID antenna is fine and complex, discharging waste is very difficult. so wepropose the two cutting-two exhaust antenna manufacturing solutions. We divide theantenna into the internal pattern and the frame pattern. The frame pattern waste is directlydischarged; while the internal pattern waste discharge with glue. Compared to the etchingmethod, the die-cutting antenna edge is tidier, the cost is lower. This paper innovatively proposes a kind RFID UHF antenna design based on the logcharacter, introduces its resonance and impedance matching principle. The characterantenna performance is not poorer than mainstream antenna performance, and it does notrequire the impedance matching structure. This kind antenna creates a new RFID antennastyle. This paper presents no vias anti-metal antenna design. Due to the elimination ofperforating and the electroplating process, the antenna cost is reduced. This paperdescribes T structure and open line anti-metal antenna including impedance matching, frequency modulation. The performances of no vias anti-metal antennas are similar withvias anti-metal antenna, but the cost is far lower.
