This year,IOTE(Internet of things Expo,IOTE)2018,the Tenth International Internet Expo,which sponsored by the Networking Industry Union will be the world's largest in the history of the Internet industry exposition;it will be the key technology of RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)technology to a climax.RFID tag antenna is the most important,the most diverse,and the most flexible part of the center of gravity,which also restricts the development of RFID technology;it becomes a bridge of tag chip and read-write device;the traditional antenna also has been unable to meet the upcoming expansion of the industrial chain and more application field;it is significant on the design of tag antenna to promote the development of RFID technology.In this paper,there will be two specific application scenes used for designing the tag antenna.First of all,according to the linkage between two target scenarios,segment electromagnetic pop.Because UHF(Ultra High Frequency,UHF)RFID was higher than that of the other band reading distance,larger information capacity,and lower price of selected UHF band;according to the antenna theory and main performance parameters,the selection of hardware matching and analysis calculation of several different tag chips,it comes out that the performance of the selected tag within the band obtained stable matching impedance.Secondly,in view of the China Railway Rolling stock Corp locomotive metal components,design of anti-metal tag antenna,and using the gap overlap multi resonance principle,we could forming a broadband anti-metal tag antenna design;then based on this reduced tag antenna size,complete the design of a small anti-metal tag antenna,both in the design of the structure in the logo of China Railway Rolling stock Corp and make it plays a large role.In addition,according to the requirements of building foundation pit engineering,the design can be integrated sensor and circuit label storage and transmission RFID,and analysis the matching of the antenna structure,substrate material and 3D printing.And then selected a most practical tag antenna from the 8 designs.Finally,make the two kinds of finished products and the test fixture.Summarize and choose the test method,and the designed tag is verified by the vector network analyzer with two port erection methods.Compare the results we found that they are anastomose essentially.It will build the close-to-real application scenario if possible and we will test the two kinds of tag antennas practically.The reading and writing distance of the metal tag antennas can reach more than 3.5m,and the reading and writing distance between the tag antennas integrated with the front-end sensors and processing circuits can reach more than 8m.
