Into the21st century because of the Technology Day different month,information is becoming increasingly developed, the global industry are facing rapidenvironmental changes, the face of price, quality, delivery, services, increasingcompetition, those who can not keep up with the latest trendsenterprises, will face asimilar demise. Operations also need to territory and resources to expand to the entireglobal perspective, the globalization of industry competition, WTO marketliberalization and free market competition, and these changes will increase thedifficulties of enterprises to cope with, who faced with challenges, respond quickly toto solve, in the future environment will be able to continue to survive, grow.Business in with the tide and have to shorten the delivery cycle, and those arisingfrom investment in human, however, have a significant impact, what causes thisphenomenon? And it is how to influence and change the demand of enterprises in themanufacturing function? Has already become the focus of enterprise development andmanagement techniques required to consider the operational guidelines andmanufacturing patterns in the industrial environment. Most of the businesses in theface of relatively short order information, are not successfully arrange to meetcustomer shipping needs, What is more direct impact on the corporate strategy ofinternal production and inventory planning, resulting in heavy corporate fundingbacklog pressure, Therefore, this study suggests that it is necessary for the enterprisein the face of the pressure of the order of uncertainty, planning and the use of earlywarning function to support business development of manufacturing productionstrategy and product inventory of the various stages of planning, to reduce the impactof corporate operational management and the success or failure of this study as anexample for other businesses to observe the reference.
