Based On Anti-dumping On Multi-agent Collaborative Design And Implementation Of Early Warning Systems

With the fast development of foreign trade, China has been forced to face more and more frequent trade friction especially antidumping suits which China has suffered most for 12years. The request for early warning system of antidumping is urgent.Recently, there are some achievements in early warning system of antidumping researches. However, most of them remain in theoretical stage which is of little use for practice. Even for those in using, some deficiencies are hard to neglect, such as the stagnation of warning caused by the simplified algorithm which neglected many important factors because of the difficulties in data collection.In consideration of the reasons mentioned above, the purpose of this paper is to construct a more efficient early warning system. Using B/S system model, data can be simply and timely collected. Due to the autonomy, sociality, irritability and activeness of Agent, it can be a good support for a better early warning system. Through the package of algorithm, the behavior of Agent is free from the updating of algorithm.Based on the frontiers in researches in early warning system in antidumping and Multi-Agent, as well as the common structure, the language of communication between the Agent and model of Multi-Agent, this paper constructs an early warning system using collaborative Agents including Management Agent, Government Agent, Industry Agent, Enterprise Agent, Subagent of Enterprise, Expert Agent, Collaborative Agent and Early warning Agent, each with its own inner structure and is delegated with different assignment during the warning process.This paper use fuzzy integral evaluation theory as early warning algorithm of antidumping. Using AHP is to get fuzzy measure of each indicator, that is, the weightof each indicator, using fuzzy measure formula is to getμ_λfuzzy measure, and thefinal use of fuzzy integral formula is to determine the state police intelligence interval and meaning. Collected from 1996 to 2006 chemical industry data of China's exports to the United States, and done a simulation by maple.Finally, It is briefly introduced that B/S model, the development of technology JSP, Agent JADE development platform, database design and interface design.
