Design And Implementation Of A Multimedia Information Resource System Of Government Website Based On.NET

In Recent year, with the rapid development of domestic Internet technology, theauthorities make more and more use of network in government administration.Meanwhile, it also brings about many problems, such as short of website expressionof government information, mis-definition of user rights, management difficultyowing to massed administrative files etc.. To solve these problems, the article putforward the design and implementation of a multimedia information resource systemof government website based on.NET, which system is use for issue and managementof government information and resource by many kinds of multimedia as abackground of administrative transparency. Hope the paper is conducive to improvethe development of e-government in China and official efficiency.This article explains the study background and significance of the multimediainformation resources system of government website, discusses the status for andcharacteristics of multimedia development, introduces the system developmentenvironment and relative technologies, and advances the detail design andimplementation of a multimedia information resource system with a summary andoutlook in final.Based on software requirements analysis, the system makes up of seven modulesof audio management, image management, video conversion, text management,template management, video management and user management. The usermanagement module is mainly using for new users creation, users browse andauthority management etc., which provides different operation rights to different users.The video management module is mainly using for video uploading, modification,browse and deletion etc. The template management module is mainly using fortemplate management, issue, classification and tag parsing etc.. The text managementmodule is mainly using for document information view etc.. The video conversionmodule is mainly using for format unify of uniform video to facilitate administratormaintenance and management. The image management module is mainly using forimage uploading, management and browse etc.. Similar to video management module,the audio management module is mainly using for video format conversion for thepurpose of management facilitation.
